I'm a proud brand new S2000 owner. Just want to see if
there are any from Melbourne from this forum.

My previous rides include Civic Vtec (EK), Lancer
Evolution 3, and currently S2K and CRV.

By the way, what is the stuff called for maintaining
the rear plastic window

Try and do a search on the plastic rear window. You should be able to find all the information that you need.

 

the FAQ section - at the very top should have some helpful information on maintenance and care of the rear window.

I believe it's the Honda Sports Car Club of Victoria -- S2000's, Integra Type R's and NSX's.

 

Plexus is the one these guys are crazy about, but there are a few other options in available in Aus.

I bought 3M clear plastic cleaner from a boat shop.

I see, I take it you didnt check your xxxx@netscape.net.au mail box lately.

Anyway, yea, I bought the S2K brand new. Red with only front lower lip spoiler at the moment. It's only 311kms now, took delivery last week. And weather is not good, so drove CRV instead. Gimme 1-2 more weeks, and I'll hit 1000kms and change engine oil...then I'll start pushing...
