It's a full R/C car about the size of a quarter!!! They have silver and yellow s2000s, here's a pic they have of some other car to give you an idea of the size:

A friend of my gf's in Japan is trying to get me one. She said that they are on back order at this point. If anyone comes up with a source, I would love to buy one.

I have a Silver one and they are great!
I also bought the 3.0 motor and tire kit as well.

Set up a track on your desk and go wild.
Also the cats love trying to get them.

I got mine through Hobby Link of Japan and they were
on back order for a little while.

How much did you pay? Is $33 a good deal for the car, 3.0, and tires?

bentrim,

I paid $44.80 with S&H

At present time the Ebay guy is asking $33.00 + $8.00 for S&H for a total of $41.00.

Plus if he has it for sale on Ebay he must have them ready to ship.
So you won't have to wait on back order.

So it's a little cheaper (unless someone betters the price) and hopefully he has them
ready to go and you won't have to wait for it.

I got mine as a gift for xmas but last week when I was in the Hong Kong & Japan Toys R Us', they had ALL of them (S2000, Skyline, Accord, Corolla, Rx-7, etc.) for about $20US. I picked up several "race" special edition Skylines .

They even had the race tracks for them too!

They are awesome!

I have the red Canned Heat one as well, and I bought a yellow Canned Heat (but labelled differently) while I was in Japan. My dog thinks this is a toy specially created for him, and the black top on it has scratches in the paint where he's picked it up and made off with it! Great fun...

I also got an imported one (yellow ) for Christmas, but it looks like Hobbico will be importing these & selling them through Tower Hobbies sometime soon...

(silver or yellow)

What's included in the "Race" editions???

Oh...while we're talking RC toys, Tower Hobbies is now selling the Kyosho S2000 Mini-Zs for about $100 (typical = $150)...

(silver, red, or yellow / proportional steering & throttle (no brakes, though ))
