I thought his first video was much better.

Obviously being a S2000 owner, I'm kind of biased, and not in agreement with most of his remarks. I don't take most of his videos seriously though.

Lots of angst in that review. Not sure what the purpose is for all that emotion. Nothing new, in terms of long-term review of the car.

I suppose pure entertainment value?

Obviously these reviews aren't meant to be taken seriously. But even still, feel like he is missing the point.

Yeah, he is really phoning it in these days. Admittedly hating on good cars just to be contradictory? When he said the S2000 was supposed to have a "luxury" feel I knew he was losing it. Really, a car with no clock has a luxury feel. Definitely missing the point.

You have to think the only purpose is to stir the pot. What would be the reason to revisit a car that he already reviewed? obviously to get people like us talking about it.

I laughed at his first "review" because it seemed like he was joking.

This one, he seems more serious.. and it gets the "blank stare" response from me. Mainly because no one goes into an S2000 purchase thinking about all the power it has. Most people know it's not a very torquey car NA.

That is definitely not why I bought my car.

And his rant about "potential".. What more can you expect buying a 14 year old sports car at the S2000 price point. Most cars at that price point aren't even going to have the potential to be good.

He really could have done better though. I mean come on, he hasn't even exploited the AP1 v. AP2 divide yet. I have never really enjoyed his reviews but he seems to be getting really desperate lately.

Reviewing our car a second time simply shows how much he likes it . The s2000 certainly has it's faults but I don't think Mr. Regular touched on any of them. You could use the line about potential to describe any sports car owner. The thought that I should aspire to own a C6 did offend, though, so zing on me.

On the bright side, the owner has a very clean car. The wheel caps are all right side up and I'm pretty sure the owner is wearing the same embroidered Honda cap that I do.

I found the first half of this almost unbearably obnoxious.
