That's great to hear! My car has very minimal surface rust on some components under the car, but overall it's great. Definitely want to take preventative measures so that rust doesn't occur. I'll take any tips on this

The biggest bang for the buck for me in reaching my goal were wider, stickier tires, coils, and supercharger.
Thank you! That's the plan but if I can get it a little more dialed in for the track that would be great! I'm doing my first autocross with it on Monday and I'll definitely share how it goes! Your build sounds pretty awesome, would love to see more of your build. I'll definitely check out some of your posts!

Make sure they used updated spark plug torque spec. Original spec too low, plugs would come loose. Caused misfires, which broke tip off plug, which banged around inside cylinder, destroying motor.

If you ask did you use updated spec, they're just gonna say of course! Instead, ask them what spec they used. Then check back here.

Here are some recent ones, and one of the engine bay. Oh, the other thing that is important IMHO for peace of mind is the AP2 valve aprings and retainers, particularly on the intake side. Especially if you plan to autocross or track the car at any point - protects those if overrevved. Billman and others would have way more info on why.

Amazing build. Must be a blast to drive with the supercharger! Thanks for the tips, I'm waiting on my messaging privileges to propagate since I'm a new member, then I can message Billman for the TCT. Definitely want to get the ap2 retainers as well

Thank you!! I am trying to keep her as stock looking as possible while improving things under the skin. Supercharger is well worth it. Brings the car up to modern sports car performance levels. Don't struggle anymore keeping up with minivans.

Powertrain feels like stock still, maybe with a bit sharper throttle, but more power and torque everywhere.
