cdelena,
Sweet, do you have a picture of the shock itself? I want to see what they had to modify for S2000 compatability. |
Looking look...They seem to be lowered than 3/4".

That is the smart way to do it... i did mine the cheap way... just add springs....... once you report about how the shocks work, everyone will group buy from the same place and we'll all save lots of $. :)

The drop isn't really that noticeable. Keep us updated after you dial it in.

As far as the drop.. maybe it is a perception thing that it looks more than it is. The perches were in the .5 inch drop slots which should translate to a .75 drop in body. I guess they could be a hair off that would translate to a bigger drop.. I did not check them against the stock units.
The shocks are Koni yellows modified to put the rebound control on the lower shaft (compression control stays on top), and machined to accept Koni snap rings to support the stock perch at several heights (but the unit has to be removed and the spring compressed to change height). The theory in getting these built was to get a small drop in height and adjustability to stiffen the car for track days without losing street ride. I will let you know if it really works that way. http://albums.photopoint.com/j/View?...nce=0&res=high |
