New Tires at 65 mph

Default New Tires at 65 mph

I just had new tires put on my s today.... on the way home almost 100 miles.. My car shakes back and forth at about 60/65... Is that normal?

i had that once, i went from rims to my winter steelies (when i lived up north). i had the rim wheel spacers on still...

I had the same problem with my beater a week ago. I thought it was just the tire balance but it ended up being two slightly bent rims....

If it is between 60-65 it is the wheel balancing... possbily a bent rim but if thats the case youd feel the shake through all speeds. If they computer balance them and it still does it, you might have to have them roadforce balanced-better balancer and if a roadforce is used tires are not supposed to ever come out of balance again! I am a tech.

I drove away from a tire shop and had low speed squirrelly behavior. I checked the pressure and it was at like 45 psi all around.
