I'm getting ready to purchase and install some racing hart m6 18x7.5's and dunlop s9000 225/40/18's on my S. Can anyone here tell me whether to expect any problems with this type of configuration. I have one source telling me that 225's in that size wil rub, and others who swear I will have no problems. If anyone who has something similar to this can tell me how they like it, I'd appreciate it.

So can anyone tell me whether this setup will cause problems? I'll be installing eibach springs and dropping the car at the same time, and a friend of mine thinks I'll have to roll the wheel wells to make the tires fit properly. Is this true? I'm not exactly crazy about bending anything on my car.

I have 18" M6's 7.5 front and 8 rear. I have 225/40 fronts and 255/35 rear. If you get the correct offset you should have no problems. If you lower your car too much then you might get some rubbing. I rub whenever I am driving aggressively on bumpy roads but not to bad. I talked to DAZZ and they said the rims I have are the correct fitment for the S2K but I should be using 245s and 215s.

here is a pic of the car on a track, it doesn't rub at the track.
