NeWbiE hErE...neEd heLp
Greetings all. Name is Brian and am currently waiting for my silver Stook 02 to come in from the factory direct. I know that the comptech SC is definetely going in after i pop the cherry (600 miles), but i was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers on what additional upgrades i should get in addition to the Comptech package, to keep my car running reliably. I drive into the city (NYC) everyday so i'll be battling with traffic quite often.
Also, anyone interested in buying an OBD-II with me? I know a few of you guys have already had a group buy earlier, but i really want to start playing with my car and its potential.
Anyone located near NYC that could kind of "educate" me?
Spanks a lot!
Brian

Welcome Brian.
Pretty open ended question . . .
If you haven't already, buy some seat time at a driving school. Cheap speed.
I was set on the S/C but think I'll never get it now. I'm personally working on the drivetrain/suspention myself: I have Mugen Coilovers, front stab. bar. Spoon Clutch/Flywheel and wheels are somewhere between Japan and my house as I write this.
Near future: LSD, Final Drive
Future: Exhaust/Headers, Possibly an engine management system
You may have totally different priorities, so mileage may vary.
Hope to see you at an autoX soon - its so much fun.
