NGK's are what they put in the factory, and Denso's are optional. So it's either Or.
go with Denso
because it sounds cool.
so if some noob asks you, "man thats fast, what you got under the hood?"
"yea well I got some Denso's!!"

My '05 AP2 came with Densos from the factory. When it came time to change, I used Densos again, but iridiums.

Either or. Same with OEM O2 sensors for Honda or Toyota Denso and NGK are used alternately by the Japanese manufacturers as equals.

I will definately NEVER use Denso again. A plug broke and destroyed my engine last year. I've also read about several others that had the same thing happen with Denso plugs, and I've also seen another Denso plug failure myself. I'll stick with NGK.

Denso Iridium center electrodes are so dam thin, they are the thinnest electrodes on the market by far. That feature is good for performance but I always fear they can break easily.
