i always ship stuff fedex personally, i have only had something damaged once, but i called fedex and they reimbursed me in full right away no questions asked. Plus on top of that, their tracking system is lightyears ahead of everyone elses. DHL should cover the cost though, hope everything works out for you man.

I don't think DHL is liable... But if they will pay you then take the $. Again.. Seller screwed you like a whore on nickel night.

if it was well packed and the box is not damaged, it must've been damaged prior to shipping.

DHL is garbage. They're the people who drop off our checks at my work place. They're always a couple of days late. So I just ended up getting direct deposit. Good luck calling them they make up a bunch of bs.

We used to use Airborne, which is now DHL.

Their excuses used to always be weather related.

Though I always understood bad rain or snow, one day they were extremely late and the excuse was that the planes couldn't land due to sun glare!
