Has anyone written to and received a response from H and A in the last month? I have emailed them on 3 separate occasions in the past month (7/22, 8/8 and 8/19) and have not received a single response. I have ordered and dealt with them in the past and never had any problems.

 

I talked to them on Wed. I received a shipment on Tuesday and another one is on the way. Try calling if the net does not seem to be working.

 

I ordered a box of goodies from them a couple weeks ago and it got here fast - 3 days I think.

 

I just placed an order 2 days ago. The website worked normally and I got the email confirmation as quickly as expected. I don't have the stuff yet, though, because I used the regular UPS delivery and I don't expect it until the middle of next week.

So as far as I can tell they're up and running normally -- or so I hope...

 

No, I sent them an email about shipping to Hawaii (which they currently don't do), and I've yet to hear a response.

 

I ordered the speaker upgrade Monday and got the goods Thursday same week with good confirmation of receiving the order and confirmation of shipping the order all with e-mail.

 

My email(s) were question(s) - not actual orders. It seems like those that have received responses from them (via email) have been in response to an order placed (which may be automated to a certain degree). I wonder if we are sending questions/inquiries to the wrong email address. Anyway, I will try calling them.

 

I sent them an emailed question yesterday evening and got a reply in 20 minutes. I have always had excellent service from them.

 

I've ordred from them and have always got great responses. If you still don't get a response, search for Trevor and send him a PM.
