Default No side diffusers

I'm in a bit of a situation. The amber side diffusers are a real peeve of mine in that they look ugly.

My first choice is to use Rick's diffusers but he is out of stock and doesn't know when he will get them back in. (if someone could PM me about this if you do know when you get them in it would be great)

JDM Headlamps are too expensive new period. Not many people sell them used and none are at the moment.

I was thinking of just flat out removing the diffusers and not replacing them with anything. I know a few people have done this. Can I get some pictures of this? I know the bulbs are exposed so I don't think its going to look too sharp. My other option is to go with AP2 headlights but these still have amber in them that I don't like.

One more question a bit off topic- Do JDM AP2s have the same headlights as the USDM AP2s? Do they both share the amber sides? I always thought that they did.

Thanks for any help!

1. We should have them again in a few weeks.

2. Yes, JDM, EDM and USDM AP2 headlights are all the same as far as looks. They are all amber.

I had mine cleared w/o diffusers, but I bought them that way. If I was doing it myself, I'd probably prefer to put diffusers in, but its not a huge difference.

Naked bulbs look ghetto on the S. Wait until you can get some diffusers and do it right.

AP2 headlamp look so great because of the amber lenses, I don't know what's wrong with amber?
