i cant stand with it anymore, i am so mad about it .
i am still trying to figure out where is the noise came from. i tried to sit in the passenger side and listened. i found the noise spot is from somewhere between the door and the panel .. i really dont know what exactly the noise came from .. should that be gap between the door and the panel? or those bolts under the roof on the back of the seat? or the black prastic on the side panel?
i guess i need to bring it back to Honda

 

Can you make it rattle by closing the door? You might have had a window guide come off and fall down inside the door.

If the car's still under warranty and if you're not very handy, let the dealer do it. I just didn't want to leave the car at the dealer so I did it myself. There are things that can get screwed up if you're not sure you know what you're doing.

 

Have you got access to oil field radio-isotopes and Radio Shack "fun" magnets?

I think you are using the car incorrectly. When the top is down, you won't hear those noises.
