Non-heated Winter Storage in unattached garage

Default Non-heated Winter Storage in unattached garage

I was wondering how many people here store there cars during the winter in a non-heated garage. My situation is that I have a unattached nonheated garage which I am considering to store the s2000 during the winter. I live in northeast NJ where the coldest temps seen are during Jan-Mar where the coldest temps on average go down to about maybe 10 degrees.

Is there any reason why I wouldn't want to do this type of storage? Engine, seals, leather, top, etc?

I tried doing a search but I couldn't find any specific reference by anyone to storage of the s2000 in a wintertime cold environment.

10*F is not really that cold. Storage in the cold should be no different than the steps outlined here:
