Why waste all this money$$$???
It's not a waste for all emil. Get some decent sound, some extra hp, and the good feeling of having a customized car. That last being a highly underated factor all too often it seams in these threads. With a little search anyone can see that you're not going to make huge gains, maybe only 10-15hp with everything, maybe not even that. But having done something to make your car a little different, and little more your-own is worth quite a bit to me and many others.
all of those mods will just "wake-up" your car to you and others. the HP gains are not significant, throttle response may pick up a bit for you, the noise level will def. increase etc etc.
i always tell people when they start to mod thier S to concentrate first on keeping the car on the road better. If you go FI, the increased HP will make your car want to get out from under you that much more than the S already does. Suspension upgrades (sway bars, X brace, springs/coilovers wider wheels and tires etc) will go far in preparing the car for future HP gains.
Just my .17 worth.
