Is this normal? Lumpy weird undercarriage texture

I'm ashamed I don't know the answer to this question yet!

Does this texture under the car seem normal to you? And do you think the door scuffs are easily fixed?

Did someone "two tone" the car? Judging from the paint line the whole door looks to be damaged. What's in the lower right corner in the photo?

I'm guessing the last photo was entered by mistake. But...its a reflection, not 2 tone paint.

OP...the undercarriage photo looks normal
