Not to many around here
whenever i am in my s2k and i see another s2k i will wave or nod. but lately whenever i see one i try to get around traffic to say hello but its not possible all the time. or when i do get around traffic the other car is gone. the reason i am typing this is because i rarely see another s2k around where i am and when i do see one i get excited and want to say hello. does anyone else experience this? can you tell i am bored? oh and a side note, why does it seem whenever i see another s2k the owner hasn't done any mods to it whatsoever? or they are just really old? no offense to the older drivers out there
1st off, where are you from? The S is an expensive car to mod, and some parts are ridiculous in price, especially the stuff from Japan. That's why you see a lot in stock form. Also, some people love there S as it is, and don't want to mod it. As for the age of driver's, some people have owned an S since it first came out. Also, if they are older, and have one modded or stock, and know enough about the car, I give them repect. They understand real cars, and aren't just rolling in some high-dollar cadillac/bmw/mercedes just because they are older and have the money. Enjoy your ride, and not everyone gets seen all the time. Trust me I know, I've had my S for almost 3 years
Well, this older driver couldn't wait to put a different exhaust on. Some lighter wheels and a few select modifications to adjust balance.
For me, most mods other than Forced Induction or some other extraordinary measures, are not cost effective. They may look cool, but do little to increase performance.
There are many who live to mod. My hats off to them.
What ever floats your boat.

Modding is just an extension of hotrodding and hot rods have been around since WW11.
