Default NSX Seats in S2000

Has anyone ever tried to put NSX seats in an S2000?

The NSX seats are pretty much my favorite seats of all time and they make them in what appears to be matching colors for my tan interior. I'm wondering if I could swap an NSX driver's seat for my S2000 driver's seat.

Any idea if it just won't fit or that it merely requires custom brackets (or maybe if it would work on stock brackets)?

I've searched and there have been a few people asking in the first few years but no definitive answers (some of them contradictory with no experience to back it up). Figured I'd try it and see what kind of response I got.

Since most people prefer S2000 over NSX...as far as I know, I don't think anyone has tried.....but I bet it would fit since Honda likes to make everything 1 way.

I'm sure with a little coercing, they'd fit. But, aren't the NSX seats kinda big? They are pretty confortable, but appear to be a little big.

I would think that the nsx seat is too wide, but I'm not sure.

Why? Your seats hold you in better. I think that the NSX seats are really nice, but they are the lazy boy seats of the car industry.

Try it out, be the first!

I don't feel that my S2000 seats are better than those in the NSX. Quite the opposite, really. The NSX seats fit me perfectly.

At first glance, I thought those may have just been the stock MY06-up S2K seats:

Here's a pic of actual NSX seats (note the square headrest, just like in the Prodrive pic):

They actually look pretty good in the S...at least we now have proof that they fit...
