There aren't any springs made sepecifically for the 2004's but any made for '00-'03 will fit the same.

But keep in mind, the 04's do have different spring rates stock.

OEM '00-'03
Front: 3.9kg/mm - 218lbs
Rear: 5.2kg/mm - 291lbs

2004's are supposed to have an increased rate in front by 6.7% and in the rears reduced by 10%
Front: 4.2kg/mm - 233lbs
Rear: 4.7kg/mm - 262lbs

Basically what I'm trying to say is depending on the '00-'03 spring rates, you may slightly change the balance of your '04.

No known lips I know specifically for the '04 bumper.
