My cousin bought a Lip from them for his RSX and it was "new" when he opened it, it was scratched and abused and had cracks on the sides. It was packaged well by USP so must have been damaged before shipping. Rejected it and UPS sent it back, Had to argue with them for weeks until they finally sent him a decent new one.

that really sucks man but at least they replaced it. I'm getting absolutely no where. Oh well. Just wanted to inform everyone for future reference

call your CC company and have them take care of it. Doesn't have to be a Amex. Your CC will tell you what to do. probably ship it back to them and they will reverse the charges.

I have taken them off of my parts list..., Thanks for the information. I hope someone from that company is reading this thread. Really you should send them the link so they can see how much business one screwup can cost you in the "electronic" age. Just here alone I see about 5 customers that won't be calling them again.

Also add them to the bad vendors listing so ALL s2k people know about this.

Thats a great idea about emailing this thread to them. THANKS

I put Octane Motorsports as a bad seller in the bad seller thread so hopefully no one else deals with them. I was also thinking about posting this thread up in other car related forums.
