Default Odd Vibration

I have noticed that my 01 now has an odd vibration from the engine when accelerating at around 3000-5000 rpms. The engine doesn't vibrate in V-tec, nor when cruising. It's somewhat noticable in any gear, but the higher the gear, the more it vibrates. It's most noticable at about 60-75mph when accelerating, even lightly, in 6th gear. Even when I have the cruise control going, you'll feel it start to vibrate when needing extra gas to get up an incline and then it'll go away when the road evens out. Any ideas? I'm going to be running this to the Honda dealership soon to see if they can nail the problem down. I do have an extended warranty, thankfully.

I think you're referring to the vibration when allowing the engine to decelerate the car. This is under acceleration.

Maybe a screw loose from when we did the swap I noticed a bit of a door vibration on fairly bumpy roads.

Your seats seem to have more of the seat-belt-on-leather squeek than mine ever did. But the vibration definately coming for the drivetrain somewhere, it's very noticable in the steering wheel.

Oh, and another thing I noticed was that your seats aren't soft in the back where the plastic on the back of the seat has rubbed up against the plastic covering the rollbars / back area. This makes a whole lot of obnoxious noise when the seats are backed up all the way It's alright though, I've got them a tad forward and the noise is gone. Probably better for the whole setup anyway. Still happy with the swap though, love them red seats. Maybe it's your diff

I am glad you're happy with the swap, I couldn't be more thrilled. You planning on doing the soundproofing upgrade from Chipperman? Maybe we could do another interior tear-out/replacement then. Anyway, the diff has less than 5k miles on it, had it replaced early this year due to snapping the pinion gear.
