Default OEM Hardtop owners

I Want to buy a hardtop soon. I am wondering, just out of curiosity, what the inside of the hardtop looks like. Pics are welcome. Is there a headliner, do they reduce wind noise.... Thanx in advance.

The headliner is the same color and texture as the dash. Wind noise is greatly reduced, however, some have argued that tranny, dif and engine noise are louder. I don't buy it though.

I can tell you that having made long trips with my hardtop on, I'm much less drained at the end than I am with the soft top.

You'll also find that the hardtop adds stiffening to the body.

And the hardtop looks hella cool.

Mine is in storage right now so I dont have pics... its is just black vinyl with header attachment points identical to your soft top.

I love mine, wouldnt trade it for anything. The fit/finish is great and the difference on the freeway is night and day.

Love mine but I get too much creaking noise when turning, or any movement except going straight forward . Anyone know why that is?

How bad is the blind spot with a hardtop compared to convertible top?

The hardtop has greater glass area and thus has better visibility than the smaller soft top window. With my hardtop on in the winter, and with it's own defroster, I have no concerns driving throughout the winter.
