These aren't mine. I found these while looking around Ebay. I may be wrong, but I've never seen a set of these for sale. It would seem the fabric would be grippier than the leather. They're not that expensive either.

Maybe its just those piictures, but I don't care for the way the fabric contrasts with the leather. The fabric sections look "puffier" to me...like they're not supposed to be there or something.

I think I would prefer some Recaro or Spoon seats if I was concerned with overall seat grip/ racing comfort. I am a big enough guy that its just not an issue for me though.
