Used it a handful of times. It loses it's novelty after the first few uses. I raise and lower my top just about every drive so it's purpose is pretty much useless.

^ yep... too much of a pain too deal with, although it does look nice when on. I'm just too lazy.

I always use mine. It only takes a minute to put on or remove. The only problem is that it takes up a lot of trunk space.

yeah used it a couple times, does clean up the look

however, as everyone said it is way too much off a hassle to put it on and off

one time it was started raining lightly as i was going top down and i had the cover on..now what would have taken 10 seconds to stop and put the top up took 5 minutes to take it off..fold it put it away etc...

never did i put it on again lol

If I knew I was going to leave the top down all day I'd use it but that has never happened. Looks like the previous owner never really used it either.

thanks guys, yeah I think its too much of a hassel, unless you're going on a cruise or something, even then I dunno. I think Veilside has a frp cover and then there's the CR cover, both are way to expensive. I guess they could of integrated it into the design, but that would of added weight and $$$.

Haha I'm glad I'm not the only one that doesn't think its pratical.

Never used the cover. Still in the plastic wrap it came with.
Plastic crap in plastic wrap...... The last time mine was used was 6 1/2 years ago, when the salesman demonstrated it for me in the showroom. At some distant future date, the cover will be passed on to the next owner. Meanwhile, it remains as a dust collector in a dingy corner of my garage. It does seem to take up about half the trunk, which is a big discouragement factor in and of itself.

Mine is in the basement. I haven't seen it in years, so I hope it's still there.

I don't like having to put it on/take it off. I feel like I'm taking the top up/down in an MG unbuttoning everything. I do like that it keeps stuff from dropping down in there when the top's down, but aside from that, I can't really be bothered with it. I think it looks cleaner on, but it's too much hassle. also, the elastic bands that attach to the interior vibrate in the wind and it sounds bad.
