Default Oem soft top warranty

Whats up everyone, i just bought my first s2000 2005 with 50k for 12,500. My question is, i got the 3/36 mile warranty does it cover a tare it has on the soft top?

Your out of honda's original warranty. ask whoever you bought the warranty from. probably not though

I did he said it was normal wear and didnt cover i just wanted to make sure.

I still don't understand. Are you talking about an extended warranty for your car that is older than 3 years and has more than 36k miles?

For the extended warranties, the soft top is almost always considered a wear item.

For the original factory warranty, it depends on how old your car is. When the top fails in the first two years, people have had pretty good luck with having the dealership pay for part (and usually all) of it.

it won't be covered

if you bought it like that you should have worked it into the deal. if you found it later go back and tell them it wasn't disclosed to you

the asking price of the car was 16,999 and i got it for 12,500 with tt&l included, they didnt want to throw a new soft top oh well
