FYI. Got an email from GoPro about new updates today. I need to go dig out mine and do the update before the dragon next month.

I got a GoPro Hero3 Black and did my first recordings today.. without an external mic this is total fail. Any suggestions on which external mic I should use? Btw I just zip-tie the go pro in the waterproof case on the passenger seat (where the head usually is, there are a lot of littler holes ).

I didnt know there was a GoPRo thread, so happy! i have 2 GoPro's and 1 HD Drift!!! Greats Tips here looking foward to record alot from many angles since i still have driven my S... since i bought it.

Don't think I ever posted this... a couple months back I finally got around to attempting a time-lapse video using my Hero2.
