well this went off topic real quick.
Her car is faster and nicer looking and she bought hers a year after mine.

Anyways, I guess this topic was kind of a reply to how the S2000 needs to be faster to be competitive, but I still love my car. Just wanted to share the love.

S2000 projectors are probably the most sought after projector to do aftermarket HID projector retrofits into other cars with. I've seen Toyota 4-runner's Civics, Accords, Preludes with S2000 projectors in them.

The stiff suspension does make a huge difference in the "flicker" of color and white you get when you see an S2K in your rearview or oncoming.
2006 was the last year the S2000 had optically clear projector lenses. Clear lenses produce more intensity, cutoff sharpness and color. So next time a MY07 or MY08 owner is talking smack about your S2000, rest content that your projectors are better than his.

I love it when I see another S in my rearview mirror beacuse it lets me know how cool my car must look in other driver's mirrors.

I wish my wife was more comfortbe driving it so that I could watch it in traffic.

[QUOTE=Rubn1out4GudLuk,Nov 7 2008, 07:51 AM] Wow, you've really researched "everything" you could about the S2k?!!

How did this turn into a "slap in the face" towards '07-'08-'09 s2k owners?

I love it! only thing is if I'm behind someone I know, they always bitch about them... and ask if I'm flashing my lights at them.

Do you have pics between the two? I would like to see how big of a difference there is, if any at all to the naked eyes.
