Default oil dripping noise when parked after a drive

lately i have been noticing on my02 after a drive when the car is parked there a oil dripping type noise comming from the engine.... the noise happens for about 10-12 min then it stops..

i checked the oil level it seems to be fine.. no light in the gauge either indicating any oil issues...

any ideas

Lots of cars don't have a cat that heats up to 1,000 degrees.
