Default Oil level question

Had the oil changed at the dealership. The oil level is now reading right at the top of the H. Is this too high? Owner's manual is a bit vague.

Well, now that depends on whether the measurement was taken "cold" or "hot". If it's at that level cold, it'll be fine. If it's that level hot, then check it when cold (first thing in the morning on a level surface) and see if it goes above that.
The difference between cold and hot readings can be as much as one "x". Being at the top of the "H" is about one "x". That's no big deal unless it happens to read two or more "x's" when cold. Then I would bleed off about 1/2 a qt.
