Probably the I'm in another country but my car is in the US scam. Please send me half the balance via Western Union or pay me for my airplane ticks for $500 via WU so that we can complete this transaction. I'm a motivated seller that's why it's so cheap.

Just about every time they post "Bidding Restricted to Pre-Approved Bidders Only" it is a scam.
They hi-jacked the ebay account with good feedback rating and then post these ridiculous prices.
I have messed with a couple of those guys before. They really thought they were getting somewhere with me. The sale fora motorcycle was in London and he wanted me to send $ western union. I told him that I had a friend near London and he would bring cash. He said he was out of the country
Never heard from him again.
