Just landed here in Vegas from the east coast for some business... Pulled into the hotel to see a line of exotics, and lo and behold, there's an S2K among the Ferraris and Mercedes and Porsches.... Absolutely gorgeous out here... makes me wish I had my S to get out of the town and into the twisties of the mountains and stretches of the desert... Maybe someone will rent me an S for a few days !!!

 

I remember reading somewhere that in Vagas you can rent a Ferrari 360 Spyder by the day. That is what I would do. You can drive your S anytime but to drive a 360 would be awesome.

 

I did hear the same thing.... but the Yellow 355 sitting in front of the hotel looks like it needs some babysitting.... I'll see if the owner wants me to keep it company... Just absolutely beautiful out here...

I am going to find out how much it will be to rent a Lambo for a day.... and if it's anywhere near reasonable, and if I'm going to stick around through the weekend, I might splurge for a day... we'll see...

 

I live here..They're many places to rent exotics. If you want some great twisties drive through red rock canyon..

 

I was just there a month ago and since it was my birthday i decided to check out how much it would be to rent an exotic...
$300 for Viper... who cares..
$750 and up for Ferrari..

BTW: 1 day = 5 hours....... 5 hours and no more than 100 miles.

When I was there last year, I missed my car! We rented a Buick (argh!) and drove out to the Hoover Dam on some killer @ss roads.

My biggest regret was that I didn't rent one of those exotics. I found a place that would do $150.00 for a 3 hour rental. Split between 2 people thats not that bad.

Dorian & S TWO K - hopefully I'm going to have time on Friday and Saturday to check out Hoover Dam and Red Rock... a business associate of mine drove here from California last night in his new SL 500 so... his car might have to do, if he'll lend it to me...

Vegas is where I first drove an S2000. I rented it from a company called RAV (Rent-A-Vette), they have all kinds of exotics. Anyway, I rented a white MY 2000 for three days. I spent most of one day driving through Red Rock Canyon, what an experience. If you go to Vegas you must drive through Red Rock. When I got home I ordered my MY 2001.
