I stopped by a Honda specialist shop today in Duarte, CA and lo and behold, there was a set of Honda script emblems off of the s600 in the display case. He sold them to me for $80 after some haggling and said that he can get more if anyone is interested. they are new, still in the wrapper, straight from Japan. I remember that there was some talk of getting an order in at $115 apiece, so this is a relative bargain.

Still a lot. Why not get a local shop to make some with a CNC mill?

 

Becasue the cost of that would make the cost he paid look like peanuts.

 

I would also need to have one to scan or path to mill it and I didnt have one. These are nicely chamfered, polished, etc. and the time for me to set up the file to mill at work would outweigh any cost savings. I was just letting everyone know that there is now a source for these if anyone is interested.
