I've got a hardtop, too, and I've noticed that more dudes look at the car than girls. It doesn't mean girls don't look at it at all, but I usually catch dudes staring or commenting about it.

Only been hit on once for my car, and that's because I was going to a car meet and two girls in a beat to crap civic were going to it too, we were about 4 miles away when the hot blond yelled at me at the stop light.
Usually older guys admire my car, ask me about it, and say that it's discontinued?! That thing looks brand new!
I only get stares top down cause I go top down till 38 deg. I hear kids comment, "wow what a dumbass" and such, I love how judgmental America is! I keep perfectly warm with the heater on level 1 and a beanie on.

With all the Porsches, BMWs, and Benz in my area my car doesn't get noticed too much by women. It happens sometimes but not very often. The attention I usually get is from the import crowd.. (which is getting old fast)

If attention from girls was my top priority, I would have gotten a lifted Nissan Titan, Tundra, or F150. Sports car wise, maybe a new Camaro. Girls will look at me when I pull next to them, but they will usually get shy and look away if I notice. If there are several girls in the other car or on the sidewalk, they will sometimes yell things to get me to notice them. My girlfriend loves the car, but she said she never noticed them before I bought one.

my wife says the reason women check out the s2000 is because it's a chicks car.

Honestly, most girls are probably thinking "That's a cute little car" and not "What a badass sport car!"
