is this one piece?
no i told you so yet because they don't know. ummm its really low that its almost un noticeable so yeah thats great. looks like I'm gonna have to buff it out and wait till i get some money. thanks.
Well...the "I told you so" is going to come from the Florida forum.
Sorry you had to find out the hard way, Chet. 1st Commandment of S2k Ownership: Get thee to an autox, for thy rear wheel drive behaveth evil compared to thy Prelude, Civic and all other front wheel drive conveyances. Learn thy car's evil habits and eschew testing it's limits on the street lest ye face the wrath of Lord Oversteer.
BTW...I would be more concerned about the suspension than the body right now. If you wacked the curb hard enough to bend metal, then at a minimum you are going to need an alignment. And hope the tech can get the car back to specs.

depending how bad the damage is, the body shop can pull it out and repaint it. it is part of the quarter panel, so they have to blend the paint with the rest of the car and it is not going to be cheap. a few months ago a metal garbage can decided to be on the west side high way in nyc and was hit by a mini van and bounced into my passenger side. it dented the same area that you have circled in the above picture. to repaint the door and remove that dent and repaint that area, it was almost $1000.
