Default One sad day...

My S2K "Chiquita" and I were involved in an accident this morning. I've only had her for 6 weeks. I o.k. but her front end is pretty much totaled. Some ass ran a complete RED light and just nearly T-boned me.

As for the event Team Irvine is having I'm afraid I will not be able to attend.

Maybe someone can help me find some replacment parts for her. I'm looking for...

Carbon fiber hood
JDM Euro Headlights - Do I need to use the stock HID's?
Lip to add to the stock bumber "carbon fiber preferably"

or anything else is insurance might cover.

Thanks for all your help

I know how you feel.
I once smashed up my first Mini after taking 6 full weeks to renovate it.....I was totally gutted.
I eventually got it back to good condition.

Good luck with the repair work.

Dude that sucks. Maybe someone can pick you up as a passenger for the Irvine event.

Good luck with the repairs. Are you going to fix it, or is it going to be totalled???

As for right now I'm to sad to go. I just dropped it off at the body shop. As for totalled or not I don't know until the adjuster see it.

Thanks to all for the support!

Believe me, I feel your pain.
My second s2k was totaled 7/4.
Good news is... it will get better. I took delivery of my third 7/31.
Hopefully, your (or other guys ins. co.), will take care of you in a timely manner.
Best of luck and know there are others who can, and do empathize with you.

I feel your pain. I had a run in with a couple palm trees not too long ago in my BMW M Coupe.... here are the pics:

The good news is that I was uninjured, and the car was declared totalled by State Farm, giving me enough money to buy my oh so beautiful Stook !!
