Well, i was heavily considering personalized plates, but was afraid of getting "keyed" or vandalized. Some people may think your an a$$hole just because you drive a red sports car. Added to that, i am (and look) young. My thoughts were maybe personalized tags might push it too far.

Hello, My name is Garrett, and I've mistaken a Sebring for an s2k.

Its ok Garret, youre among friends, and together we can get through this.
I mistake S4s for S2Ks at night all the time, even though I am a prior S4 owner. You would think I would know by now.

At night I have mistaken S4 (mostly b/c of our HID similarity) for S2000.

I'm with S2.001K on not having the personalized plates. I figure because of my age, I shouldn't add any more attention to myself.

greg's corrective vision requirement reads:

"Don't drink more than three (3) alcoholic beverages before driving your S2000"

Feeling to heed this, of course, is the reason why he mistook an X5 for an S2000.

Have fun at RA this weekend!

I'm in Wayne (near St. Charles) I've only seen 1 (black traveling South on Kirk near 38) in the last month.

I've mistaken the SLK from a distance a couple of times. It's side profile has a similar rising stance. Miatas have bitten me a few times as well.

Not quite. The ACURAs don't have the projector lens beams. They're more like the MBs. Ours, along with Audi/BMW/Porsches, have a really sharp flash type of look. Much better!

Just last weekend a Miata gave me a wave from the other side of the highway. I think he thought I was in another Miata. It's that or he was just another friendly fellow roadster owner
