Hi All!

I have a brand new (348 miles after driving it home from Kansas) MY 03 in Silverstone and Red
sitting in my garage waiting for Ole Man Winter to DIE! DIE! DIE! so I can drop the top and start
experiencing the joys of VTECH-ing in the open air.

Since I'm pretty much screwed until early March, I thought I'd while away some time by asking the
more experienced owners on the forum the following question:

I have $500 burning a hole in my pocket and an all-consuming desire to spend it on my S,
what should I do with it?

[My only after-market addition so far is a transparent bra. Otherwise, the car is stock. I have already
set aside money for a Passport 8500 + ZR3 laser diffuser].

I'd get a small rear spoiler for around $400.

Not that it will be very usefull until spring but a new larger aero screen is really helpful when it's a little chilly out

I'd recommend that you browse the site sponsors' websites. I'm sure that you will find something that will lighten your wallet and improve your car. www.ricks2k.com offers much more than just the larger windscreen, www.lucidautomotive.com offers several options to improve the stereo, www.hardtopguy.com offers some good deals on Honda OEM accessories (they're the parts department at a Honda dealer), and the other sponsors have a lot to offer.

It shouldn't take more than a couple of hours of browsing to build a wish list that exceeds your budget.

here's a few suggestions:

clear out the diffusers
get rick's S badges
get a voodoo knob
maybe go with a V1 instead of a passport
send it to me, and i'll put it to good use.

I have to agree on the Voodoo knob! Enhances the whole shifting experience. And while your at it might check into some of the leather products from Ricks.

An X-Brace

Boat load of Zaino <~~~this could occupy some of that winter time

Cold air kit

MF towels

Rear speakers

I'd say save money for a track run or two once the car is well broken in. Explore limits in a safe environment.
