Default open wheel race s2000

You know after seeing this guys avatar...

...it got me thinking.

Wouldnt it be bad ass if you had an Open wheel S2000 race car? The front end would be narrow like the Prowler, maybe some slimline headlights with sleek fiberglassed fenders which hug the engine compartment.

Anyone care to do some wicked photoshopping?

i wonder how much weight savings you'd see by doing an open wheeled design...also how would it affect aerodynamics and drag with those open wheels...

well it would eliminate both fenders, headlights, bumper supports, the front bumper. Seems like it would lend to quite a bit of weight savings.

Aerodynamics? hmm no more large semi flat surface up front, instead a radiator to scoop in the air and a wedge around it...

Hmm the s2000 would end up looking like a honda hot rod.
