I have Nurburgring (Suzuka) blue with blue softtop and black interior. I didn't take the blue interior, too much blue

The leather is of a lighter tone than you first think and it seems to be
of a softer grade than the black (I think it ONLY seems to be).
The dash really blends in with the seats. So you end up with an interior
with seems and feels plusher than the black one but not as 'uppety' as

I was very close to buying the Suzuka Blue/Blue. But I decided that here in Florida the seats would be too hot, so I bought the GP White/Tan instead. By the way, down here the Blues are somewhat rare too.

I feel that colors are purely a mater of personal tastes, and that I cannot advise anybody on them. All Honda s2k colors look just great. And it is up to each individual buyer to decide for himself or herself what is desired. There are a bunch of posts on this board that one color is "faster than the others" May I say BS to that. It is an engineering imposssibility. The blue came out in Europe before it did in the US, and I saw it in England and Scotland in '01. It was beautiful then, and is so now.

Thanks, Richard

My initial response to the Suzuka blue color was that I really liked it even though I went to the dealer to look for a Silverstone car. Once I saw the blue interior my first thoght was boy I wish they offered it with a black interior. After not finding a Silverstone I came back to the dealer and had them pull the car out in the sun. The blue interior looked much better outside and as everyone else has said it really grew on me. I am glad I bought the color I did because I don't see too many of them. I also receive a lot of compliments on the exterior color and the interior color. I guess I had seen so many hideous blue interiors before that I was a little hesitant about it but Honda did a good job with this color.
