They all are! If you are buying used, I'd buy a used GPW and strip it to the metal, then have the whole thing painted imola - do it right and no one will know it wasn't orange from the factory.

I believe '06 was the only US spec GPW with an all black interior.

There was a year where the GPW came with all black interior.

Also, I've seen imola with red interiors, and it actually looks pretty good imo. Either way, swapping a colored interior for black is never a problem.

I've never been a huge fan of Imola Orange. Certainly not with a red interior. But that's just me.

I got my numbers from honda.ca. - ythere's some huge tax added to the price.
You have to pay 6% GST (Goods and Services tax) regardless of where you buy in Canada. Then you will have PST (Provincial Services tax), depending on which province you buy in. For example, in British Columbia, you pay 7% PST, so S2KMark's numbers are correct, pretax.
It would be easiest to compare MSRP and ignore the taxes, since you also have to pay taxes in some states. In this case it's good for us (Canadians) to buy and import from the US, but it's pricey for US folks to buy from Canada. You're paying for a much higher MSRP and then you're also paying for the exchange.
Slightly off topic, but we actually have lots of cars where the stronger Canadian currency isn't factored in. It's also because the Yen has been doing ok.
There is no premium in pricing for the Imola. We've also had the neat Moonrock colour since 2006, but we don't get the cool LBP colour.
I've seen the Imola in person and it's pretty neat--it's definitely noticeable.
