One thing you can do is cover your VIN on the dash. That will at least keep anyone from scamming a key from a dealer without first breaking in to the car.

 

If a Pro wants our cars, there is no stopping them.

Alarms and Immoblizers just keep the We Todds Out.

Actually there is a way. Keep the car in a big garage with guard dogs and armed guards, and the armed guards go everywhere with you and watch the car.
