Our web site is down -- we're checking into the problem
Our site has been down for about the past 12 hours. We think we have a server/host problem and we're looking into it. Please bear with us for a few more hours until we can find the problem and get it fixed.
I knew I could find a post with this bit of info. I kept trying and trying your site and thought maybe I had the URL wrong.
Is there any way I can order some difffusers without going through your site?
Thanks, Rick.

You can order through PayPal.
We've discovered the problem is with Register.com, who's systems have had a major crash. Our domian name is registered with them and something is amiss- Of course, the can't be reached given the problems they've created for themselves and their customers.
Sorry, but we'll get this fixed ASAP.

I'd find another provider (who cares) that your website was down for 12 hours... That is just crazy... They probably are in need of some real tech's and not the Mr. Bravo they have there currently. I just thought I'd say

Sorry, but I don't have access to the original.
We are moving our site to a new host next week -- we are currently hosted on the same sever as S2Ki.com.
As someone who runs a web hosting service I can say that I've had nothing but trouble with 3rd party registries.
I would rather pay a higher price and stick with Network Solutions (or INWW for Oz domains) for domain name registration any day of the week.
Some of these 3rd party registries will even refuse you access to redelegate your DNS if you let your account lapse with them.
I tried to access your site by IP address ( http://64.71.164.122 ) and couldn't even do that. If you'd been with NS you could have quickly moved your site and redelegated your DNS all within about 24 hours or so.
As it stands now unless you can get into your Registry.com account to redelegate your DNS I don't think there's a thing you can do but possibly run an IP based site if you move to another host. Any email aliases are probaby out of commission also. Are you receiving any mail at your @ricks2k.com addresses?
