If an S2K is leased and the spoilers weren't included in the beginning, do we have permission to install them later on? I'm asking because the car isn't officially the property of the driver and installing the spoiler (especially the rear) involves drilling into the sheetmetal.

My car is leased . It is now the proud owner of bother spoilers (wasn't before), a Vortech supercharger, lots of audio mods, and some other stuff. I have done this with my two other leased cars, and the way I look at it is, I am definatly not planning on giving it back to the dealer at the end of the lease. I will either sell it (and hopefully make money on it), or get a loan and buy it then (since the buy price will be 20k not 30k like it was when I leased it. So it just depends on what you plan to do w/ it in the end.

But even if you were planning on giving it back to the dealer im sure they would not care if they had the "oem" spoilers on it.

What about people who don't have any? I would like to know the percentage of people out there that do verses the ones that don't

I don't have either. I think the car looks fine the way it is.

I have the rear spoiler - aka- sissy bar. Isn't that front spoiler real low? Really gotta stay back from those parking lot bumps, huh?

When I added my OEM front spoiler I don't think it lowered the car much more than 1/4". It is a great optical illusion.
