Default own s2k over nsx

does anyone else feel that they'd love to have a car that looks like the NSX-T, but prefers the driving experience of the s2k?

and NO, im not kidding or crazy.

this is a nice thread from our NSX brothers praising the s2k:

ive heard of many S2K owners lusting after an NSX only to be disappointed in the ownership experience once they made the jump

the only thing that keeps me from owning an nsx is the price. i wouldnt be satisfied with an older nsx with high mileage, thats why i have a newer s2k. contact 'black nugget'. he just purchased an nsx.

Keep in mind that nearly 10 years elapsed between the two designs. The S got a lot of trickle-down engineering from the intervening time which passed.

That said, I'd love an NSX. Pop up headlights and all.

Indeed. At first, the S2000 was built alongside the NSX and the Insight at the Tochigi plant. Then they moved all three to Suzuka. Now, out of the three, I think only the S is still being produced today.

i would drop my s2k like a bad habit for a NSX. NA1's respond to mods amazingly well, and the NA2's are SO damned underrated its nuts. stock NA2's are 12.8-13.0 cars stone stock!
