You initially agreed to refund my money but the refund was cancelled. Paypal says that you cancelled it. Do I get my money back?

At this point I'm assuming that this is some type of misunderstanding or bank mix up but I may be wrong.

 

I understand that he has a shop in the metro area of NY, also he has sold many things on the board so I assume that this problem is just a mix up. I'm sure Infamous as soon as he is online and see this thread, he will reply to it.

Besure to bring it to the top if and when it gets to the bottom of the page.

 

Have you tried emailing him and PMing him?

 

james is a great guy. i've gotten an exhaust, set of fog lights, act pressure plate, and act street clutch disk from him (all at seperate times). he's got great customer service, and the stuff comes in the condition he promises. you shouldn't have to worry about anything at all...he'll get it fixed.

Contacted SCS2k Paypal account is frozen so I Paypal cancleded not me. Over 4 grand is in my paypal account I am pissed I owe him and another member money but all my money is in the paypal. I am not here to beat anyone out of money I have enough of my own thank you. Matters will be resolved by next week when my paypal account is unfrozen. I have dealt with many people on the board !!

I meant no insult. Paypal told me it was cancelled from your end, not theirs. What would you have thought. I waited nearly a month for the refund to clear and then, they say, you cancelled it. I apologize if I was wrong, but I still don't have my money.
