Hey I practically live down the shore.

Last summer I was mainly in LBI, I only remember seeing one other s2000 down there. I expect that to change big time this summer.

I tend not to take my car when I go out to Belmar,Seaside or Manasquan. Parking is too much of a hassle. Plus if I take my car that makes me the automatic designated driver. I'd rather just hitch a ride with a friend.

So where do you go out down the shore?

I'm sure during the course of the summer I'll end up drinking in all of the following places:

Sea Bright - Tradewinds
Belmar - Bar A and probably at least once at DJ's
Manasquan - Osprey
Pt. Pleasant - Jenks / Martells
Ortley - Surf Club sunday happy hour
Seaside - don't know if I'll end up in seaside this year, but I might hit Temps once with a side trip to Bamboo
LBI - The Shell, The Ketch Daquari's on the Deck Sunday, and probably at least once at the Blue Marlin

I don't usually go farther south than LBI, unless its to AC.
In AC I'm usually at Trumps Marina Baccratt table or Delilah's Den.

I took it down to seaside and wildwood a few times last year.
We probably wouldn't do that this year......
25000 miles in 15 months is a lot. We are going to rack up the miles on the TLS instead.
I think we should start planning a meet of at least 20 stooks!!!!
4 or 5 stook meet is pathetic!!

Hey Tom

i was just at trump marina this sunday...thought i was going to clean out the roulette table and then luck changed. had fun though but i've made trump marina my new resort after Harrah's screwed me over.

Jenks is cool when the benijimans are playing there and Bamboo is cool in seaside cause it's outdoors and the breeze at night makes it real comfortable...we should get together for drinks one night. i know hobokendoug would be down for that.

Hey what's up? I dig the Marina 'cause they let me dock my boat there when I come down. But I actually don't know if I'll be making the trip by boat this summer. This Sunday I'm going to bring the boat from LBI up to Rumson. I'm going to keep it on the Navisink river this year, a bit too far to make the trip to AC in one hop.

Rumor has it that once I get it settled in and the weather turns nicer I'll be inviting all you NJ stook drivers down to my new Marina for a day of Bar-B-Q and boating. Details will be forthcoming. But don't tell anyone till I can work out some details

You saw me again? I rarely drive the stook to work. It's 50 miles each way so I usually keep it in the garage. That's cool though, next time, if you see me in the jeep, give me a holler.
