I just returned from a great trip to Pahrump Nevada where I got to spend two beautiful days at the Spring Mountain Motor Sports Park. Thanks go to Mark Johnson from Dali Racing who organized the event. I put my MG Camera Mount through its paces and thought I would post the results. The following is one lap around the 2.2 mile course. We'll have to see how long the bandwidth lasts (maybe someone else can host the video). Enjoy...

Pahrump Day 2 Session 1 Low Res

Oh, and yes I'm going faster then what it looks. To me the video looks so slow...

Great video. What speeds were you hitting?

The first carousel turn is about 60mph, the second about 65, and the back stretch I could hit 103.

The only modifications to my car were Porterfield R4S pads and Motul 600 brake fluid. I was running stock S02's.

Looks like it's holding out. If you don't get it, PM me and I'll get it to you somehow.

TSS2K does your camcorder has a electronic stabilizer built in it? I'm thinking about getting a mount for my 1997 Sony camcorder.

Yes it does. It's a Sony DCR-TRV17.
