Big or small job? on or off car? worth doing?

Kind of in-between. Took a total of about 3 hours work. I think it was well worth it. Here are my pictures in a kind of step by step order, also have another link for you.

Thanks William,I notice you did them while still on the car,would it have been a better job in your opinion if you had taken them off? or are they perfectly acceptable when done on the car? (BTW they look Good)

Can't say if it would have been a better job with them off, but they are and look totally painted. So I am at this point perfectly happy with the look.
