haha my friends complain about my parking issues (college student)
i do not trust anyone, especially college students around my car

1. try to park next to a curb and hug the crap out of it
2. if there are no curbs available, park far away from people (even though people will end up parking next to you in the end)
3. at my apartment i park inbetween a curb and my roomie(friend) and he KNOWS not to ding my car
4. NEVER park next to shopping cart returns or minivans cause of kids
5. in a crowded lot, and you have to park, park inbetween 2 really nice cars
6. i don't park under trees, i don't like parking under trees cause of tree sap
7. if you have to, for whatever reason (rushing, no other spots), park in front or behind, or beside a truck (especially a lifted one) i take a pic of their license plate on my phone lol

 

I always go for an "end" spot and park as close to the end as possible. Or if there is 1 random parking spot that is larger that the rest go for that(until a recent parking lot pave job, my local KFC had a random 15 ft wide spot that I always took)

I got hit twice in rear at my condo complex in the same parking spot. both hit and run, but i managed to catch one and she agreed to pay me some cash. i learned my lesson and dont park there anymore. we have 2 good spaces here where no one can touch you, if those are taken i just park in NO PARKING zone (guy in maserati likes to park there now too) sometimes i park between cars if i know both owners.
