Yeah, I hit the rev limiter sometimes too when I upshift and then accidently go to neutral, I've done it 3 times now......I was scared after the first time, but now with all this talk about safely hitting rev limiter without damage, I feel better. Oh, there are no adverse effects from doing this in neutral are there?

Okay! Everyone, It seems to be alright so far (I was in 1st when I redlined, didn't shift to 2nd until the RPM went back down! Thanks!), I'm still at the VETC zone now and then on the way home today. I just wouldn't want to hear that clicking sound again (Not until I get my next HOT car)!
Hey! Speed 2000, do you drive the Black/Black S2000? This is Dennis at Norcross! I'm putting the "XP7 Coating" on my car this weekend, I'll call "Peppy" again to set a time for the "stoneguard" next week.

I do it once every now and then by accident. Not a big deal.

No prob, a bit of an annoyance 'cause you just know there is more there they aren't giving you in the name of "safety" It also annoying because it means you blew the shift. Doh!

Tim, I don't know if mine would keep up with yours.

StonGard is available up and down the west coast in the major cities,as well Phoenix, Detriot and Atlanta. More cities on the way. It its not available where you live, e-mail me and I'll see if I can hook up a shop near you.
